Process description:

The device is divided into two parts that work independently

1. After the powder suction machine is started, it sucks and drops materials intermittently, and continuously sucks the materials into the vacuum hopper and drops them into the storage silo until the storage silo is full and stops waiting. The equipment has its own full material signal. Once there is a lack of material, it will automatically start sucking materials to ensure that the storage silo is always full.

 

2. Quantitative weighing part, when the weighing coefficient is set, the two sets of screws under the storage silo are started respectively, and the double sets of screws are used for coarse/fine precision conveying to transport the materials to the weighing hopper. This process is weighing and metering. After weighing, the switch of the drop port is manually started to drop the materials into the rotational molding mold.

The weight of a single weighing material is determined by the volume of the weighing hopper, the height of the plant, the height of a single mold from the ground, the fluidity of the material and other factors. The weighing system has a batch weighing function, that is, weighing in batches to complete the total target weight.
