Product Description
A carousel rotomolding machine, also known as a carousel rotational molding machine, is a type of equipment used in the rotational molding process. Rotational molding is a manufacturing technique used to produce hollow plastic parts and products.
The carousel rotomolding machine consists of a large, horizontal, rotating oven or chamber with multiple arms or molds attached to it. The molds are mounted on the arms and can be rotated in a vertical or horizontal axis.

3.Cooling: After the melting phase, the molds are rotated out of the oven and into a cooling station. Cold air or water is circulated around the molds to cool and solidify the molten resin, forming the desired shape.
4.Unloading: Once the part has cooled and solidified, the molds are rotated to an unloading station, where the finished parts are removed from the molds.
